Terms & conditions
1. Scope
These terms & conditions apply to all vacation rental bookings and stays in apartments offered by D&T Homes. By completing a booking, the guest agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Contract
A binding vacation rental agreement is formed once the booking is confirmed on the website and full payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
3. Use of the Apartment
The apartment is provided exclusively as a short-term vacation rental for private use. Subletting, commercial use, or use for events is not permitted. The maximum number of guests stated in the booking must not be exceeded.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: by 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in CHF and include the services stated in the booking confirmation. Any additional charges (e.g. city tax, if applicable) will be shown separately. Payment must be completed according to the conditions displayed during the booking process.
6. Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation and modification policies depend on the rate selected at the time of booking. The applicable policy shown during booking is binding. No refunds are provided for late arrival, early departure, or unused nights.
7. House Rules
Guests agree to comply with the house rules, including but not limited to: Respecting quiet hours No smoking inside the apartment No parties, events, or large gatherings Careful and respectful use of the apartment and its contents Serious violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
8. Guest Responsibility & Damages
Guests are responsible for the apartment and its contents during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be charged for damages caused by themselves or accompanying persons.
9. Liability of D&T Homes
D&T Homes is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
10. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), no claims for compensation or refunds can be made.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for booking and stay management purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information is available in our privacy policy.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of D&T Homes, insofar as legally permitted.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
