House Rules

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules:

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
(Unless agreed otherwise in advance)

Guests
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have visitors.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbours at all times.

No Smoking
The apartment is non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaping.

Pets
Pets are welcome upon request. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. An additional fee of CHF 15 per night applies.

Parties & Events
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

Cleanliness
Please treat the apartment with care. Basic tidying is appreciated; professional cleaning is included after your stay.

Damage & Breakage
Please inform us promptly if something is damaged or broken, so we can address it quickly.

Safety
Do not tamper with safety equipment (smoke detectors, fire extinguishers). Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

Waste & Recycling
Please dispose of waste and recycling according to the local guidelines provided in the apartment.

Respect the Space
The apartment is a home, not a hotel. Please respect the space, the building, and the neighbours.
