How we started

D&T Homes started with a simple idea: to create a place we would genuinely enjoy staying in ourselves. While traveling around the world, we noticed that many accommodations lacked either comfort, character, or practicality for real living. With our first apartment, we set out to do things differently - focusing on thoughtful design, quality furnishings, and a location we truly love.

Who we are

We’re the two brothers behind D&T Homes, Daan & Tijn, typically Dutch names. We had the privilege of growing up in the beautiful Swiss mountains of Graubünden, and we’ve been living in Zurich for almost 10 years now. Today, we focus on creating comfortable, well-designed apartments and a smooth guest experience, so your stay feels easy from arrival to check-out.
