Shared areas such as the living room, kitchen and bathroom are always furnished. Your own room you can take either furnished or unfurnished.
Some apartments are let on a fixed-term basis, others open-ended. What applies is always shown with each apartment, along with the available-from date.
Yes, the minimum rental period is six months.
You choose an available room, fill in the form and submit it. We review your details and get back to you.
The rental contract is signed fully digitally, conveniently online and without any paperwork.
The standard deposit is three months rent. It is held in a blocked account in your name via Evorest.
The key handover takes place on site, either in person or via a key box.
Yes. With the sublease contract you receive from us, you can officially register your residence at the address. This document is sufficient to register with the municipality.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartments.
The standard notice period is three months. Alternatively, you can propose a suitable replacement tenant.
