The most important questions.
No. The apartments are handed over unfurnished and you furnish them with your own furniture. Built-in fixtures such as kitchen, bathroom and lighting are included.
These are interim lets. The apartments are let on a fixed-term basis, usually until the planned conversion or renovation of the building. The end date is shown with each apartment.
Additional costs are included in the stated gross rent. They correspond to the additional costs under the previous lease of the apartment. Only electricity is added, a flat CHF 25 per person and month. Internet/WiFi is not included, you set up your own subscription.
In your application you state how many people will move in. The number is set out in the contract and determines the electricity flat rate.
The deposit is three months rent. It is held in a blocked account in your name via Evorest.
You can give three months notice for a date at least twelve months before the end of the contract. After that the contract is fixed, but you can propose a suitable replacement tenant at any time.
Viewings take place via the 3D tour on the page of each apartment. You can explore every room at your own pace and as often as you like, and then apply directly.
The rental contract is signed fully digitally, conveniently online and without any paperwork.
Yes. With the sublease contract you receive from us, you can officially register your residence at the address.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartments.
